Over the course of my career, I have observed the impact that chronic circumstantial stressors can have on one's psychological health. I have seen firsthand how this type of stress can lead to a profound sense of anxiety and depression, which can ultimately affect a person's personal and professional life.
I founded Campbell Coaching & Consulting Group with a specific objective: To help people live their lives according to their design and not their circumstances.
We aim to offer adults a secure, supportive environment free from stigma or judgment. Our dedication lies in providing specialized services and evidence-based products to help you create, develop, and maintain your desired life.

I have worked as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years in various positions, including Professional Practice Clinician, Inpatient Manager, and Mental Health and Addictions Consultant. I have gained extensive experience and insight into the challenges and limitations of the healthcare system.
At Campbell Coaching & Consulting Group, I utilize my knowledge to work with individuals as a "whole person," taking their journey into account and providing customized assessments and evidence-based solutions. I value my clients' culture and diversity as they strive to regain control of their lives.
